This Organic Mash Kit comes with enough ingredients to produce a potential ABV of up to 12% for a 5-gallon volume, and the ingredients can be reused as mentioned below. The kit includes 5lbs of cracked corn, 10lbs of pure sugar (dextrose corn sugar or cane sugar, depending on availability), 1lb of Crushed Barley, 1lb of Rye, and 1 package of our proprietary "Outlaw" X yeast, which yields a very clean, high-ABV alcohol. Additionally, the kit comes with 1 package of our Amylase Enzyme.
